I'm usually too lazy to write reviews for movies, but I've just seen this one and Alberto Iglesias's score alone makes it worth watching. E.g., check out this clip.
Overall it's one of the better Almodovars, and as screwed up as fans want and expect.

I also thought it was very well done. I especially liked the production design - the acting was pretty nifty, too!
I really wanted to see this, but the subtitles were only in Hebrew and I can't read fast enough to keep up. I'll have to wait to borrow it on DVD, I guess.
