For those of you who don't know, this is a TV series that was, in part, produced and edited by noncentz. It has now arrived in the UK on satellite TV, on the "Crime" and "Bio" channels.

In the programme teenagers who have been in trouble with the law (assault, shoplifting, drugs and under-age drinking feature heavily) get to a jail, meet the inmates and have a tour of the facility. It is powerful and moving stuff to see the teens lose their attitudes and start to turn their lives around as a result of what they see, who they meet, and having the opportunity to talk about what is happening to their lives.

Last night's episode was the visit by four teenage girls to the Jessup Women's Prison, Maryland.

Catch it if you can - it's repeated several times during the week.
