Objective: In the blockbuster era Akiva Goldsman has been responsible for writing or producing some of the least satisfying big budget films of the past fifteen years. Even though he inexplicably picked up an Oscar for his adapted screenplay of "A Beautiful Mind" his name has become synonymous with poorly written screenplays and lamentable stupidity to match the budgets he plays with whether it be unwanted film or TV remakes, horrible sequels or comic book and novel adaptations. Complete this accolade and blow a raspberry to the king of multiplex mediocrity.
